The drawback with Hepsia is the absence of root access to the dedicated hosting server, but you will hastily fall for the excellence of Hepsia's drag and drop File Manager in exchange.

Control Panel 1 - The Hepsia CP is a standard accessory only in combination with the Debian Linux OS and is added free of charge. With Hepsia you can host unlimited top level domain names in one account. This is achievable due to Hepsia's powerful Domain Manager section. The other web hosting Control Panel interfaces, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are available only in combination with CentOS. As opposed to Hepsia, with them you must have TWO autonomous hosting user accounts. This is so, because of the fact that cPanel and DirectAdmin do not provide any domain registration/transfer/administration options. If you choose Ubuntu as an OS for your dedicated hosting server, there will be no Control Panel option.
Domains Hosted 2 - unmetered domains can be hosted with all offered hosting Control Panel tools, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/administer your top level domain names in a single web hosting account. Unluckily, the cPanel/DirectAdmin CP interfaces do not provide such feature at all - there is no Domain Manager menu and as a result they require 2 autonomous user account logins: 1 domain name administration/billing/support user account and 1 site management account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin web hosting Control Panel).
Operating System (OS) 3 - you will note that the Hepsia Control Panel is offered with Debian Linux only. It's free of charge to have it on your dedicated hosting server. Hepsia is not available with CentOS or Ubuntu. The cPanel and DirectAdmin hosting CP devices are available solely with the CentOS Operating System. Neither of them is available with Debian or Ubuntu.
Root Access Availability 4 - not available solely with the Hepsia hosting Control Panel and available in all other circumstances.
